Spacious rooms allow for some comfort during the stay. Location offers easy access to hiking trails, perfect for outdoor activities. The accessible facilities made it easy to navigate without any hassle.
Had to deal with a funky cigarette smell in the initial rooms, had to switch to find a suitable one. King-size rooms all overlook the parking lot, so forget about scenic views from those. Noise from staff and other guests in the late hours made it tricky to catch some sleep.

Great location and friendly staff, but the food quality was disappointing this time.

We had to beg for washcloths like they were rare jewels, and honestly, a room with a view of a freeway doesn't exactly scream 'relaxation. '

We explored the hiking trails and enjoyed mountain biking. The bartender, Christian, was amazing. his service was quick and friendly. Don’t miss out on the Happy Hour specials. The room was spacious and comfy, perfect for our group!
We did have some trouble with the barstools. a few of them were wobbly. It could definitely use some attention.

would absolutely stay here again
The room was equipped with a refrigerator, work desk, and a nice flat-screen TV. The comfy king bed made for a great sleep. I really loved the outdoor swimming pool and fitness center. The staff was super attentive—got texts from the manager checking in on me. There’s a great Italian restaurant next door too.

This hotel was a well-suited match for a brief weekend stay in Pomona with real value for money. The staff promptly moved us to a new room when ours smelled like cigarette smoke, which was a relief after the wait during check-in. Definitely check the room for smoke before unpacking.

The hotel provided a clean environment, and having two young teenagers with us, they loved the outdoor options available around the area. Great for exploring!
In my wife's opinion, the check-in process was frustrating, especially for families needing to settle in quickly. It would be great to have a more flexible check-in time for families traveling with kids.
